New Higher Education Act Signed in to Law! Congress passed, and the President signed, the long-awaited reauthorization of the Higher Education Act. The new bill includes loan forgiveness for child care teachers and much more.
Child and Adult Care Food Program Changes? The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) provides support for healthy meals and snacks served in child care programs and will be up for reauthorization in Congress in 2009.
