Established in 2012, VCCA represents licensed private center-based providers through advocacy, public awareness, and collaboration with policymakers. VCCA is dedicated to promoting the growth and protecting the interests of high-quality early childhood education and school-age programs. To achieve this, we advocate for fair and reasonable rules and regulations related to licensing and safety standards. VCCA works closely with the Virginia Department of Education to enable providers to deliver exceptional quality and care for Virginia’s children. VCCA serves as a united voice for child care providers, ensuring they have the tools, recognition, and representation needed to serve Virginia’s families effectively.
