The Early Care and Education Consortium (ECEC) is a national non-profit alliance connecting key state child care associations, leading multi-site providers, and premier educational service organizations into a single, unified voice. With a network of state association partners across numerous states, as well as multi-site providers operating 7,500 programs nationwide, ECEC amplifies state-level advocacy into federal impact. Together, we champion policies that scale quality early education across diverse communities and close the gaps to best support hardworking families.
